Become an Advisory Partner
The AI Procurement Advisory Group is selectively expanding our reach.
We are developing a network of highly qualified independent and small private-practice consultants, advisors, and strategists who share our commitment to rigorous, buyer-side AI governance. If you have spent your career helping organizations navigate complex digital transformations — and you understand that procurement is where AI strategy either succeeds or collapses — we want to talk with you.
Our Advisory Partner Model is built on a simple premise:
We offer industry-leading, research-based proprietary content and approaches that yield measurable results. That is why selection into this network is intentionally competitive.
Our Advisory Partners have provable, experience-based credential:
Qualified candidates will bring a minimum of ten years of independent advisory experience and demonstrated depth of knowledge in our core areas of AI expertise — AI governance and risk, complex AI solutions, AI and digital transformation, and emerging AI legal and regulatory challenges. Advisors must concurrently have practical working knowledge of procurement and acquisition processes, the landscape of acquisition liability, vendor and contract management, change management, and workforce development.

Our Advisory Partners are established practitioners with integrity and intention:
Our Advisors are established as independent practitioners or within a small private practice. They are not employees that are committed to the working requirements of an organization they don't control. They understand the level of integrity required in independent consulting in order to deliver value for your clients. To avoid conflicts of interest, our Advisors must have no commercial relationships with AI vendors or solution providers. This ensures that the buyer-side objectivity that defines the the AI Procurement Advisory Group's reputation is never compromised. Any pre-existing relationships must be fully disclosed and will not be disqualifying.

Our Advisory Partners benefit from exclusive, industry-leading content and tools:
Our Advisors receive full access to our proprietary frameworks, assessment tools, and educational content and products — including the Four Corners of Applied AI Governance, the AI Chain of Accountability and Risk Mitigation Control Theory, the Risk Management Framework for Procuring AI, and our suite of workforce AI literacy tools including our AI Procurement skills ontology, AI Procurement Literacy Assessment, and live training courses. Before deploying any content, partners complete our certification program, which trains you to deliver these materials at the executive advisory level they were designed for. Ongoing education requirements ensure that as the AI governance landscape evolves — and it will — you remain at its leading edge.
Our Advisory Partners are stronger together:
This is not a franchise. We've created a fellowship of professionals who are intentionally choosing expertise over hype and client outcomes over self-promotion. If that describes how you practice, and you hold relevant credentials in your domain — whether CPSM, CPM, CIPP, PMP, or recognized AI and data governance certifications — we encourage you to apply. Candidates should be prepared to provide a portfolio of relevant client engagements and professional references that speak to your ability to deliver at the senior advisory level.
