Training Terms & Conditions

Live, In-Person Training Courses

In-person training agreements are for organizations seeking to train 10+ employees* at a time. Prices are based on a maximum of 20 individuals per session. Prices are fixed per session. Discounts are not offered for fewer than 20 participants per session. However, discounts may be available for full-day utilization of training resources (e.g., 2 sessions conducted in 1 day).

These engagements are considered "walk-on" arrangements. AI-PaG is not responsible for logistics, only content delivery.

Host organization is responsible for all participant management and logistics including but not limited to:

participant coordination including but not limited to: communications, scheduling, arrival/departure travel and accommodation arrangement and expenses, etc.
training location including but not limited to: planning, organizing, and expenses for physical location, set up, equipment, craft/food service (if necessary), liability insurance, etc.

When travel for the trainer is more than 150 miles, host organizations travel and meals will be billed at cost.

Live, Online Training Courses

Live online training events are for organizations seeking to train multiple employees at a time. Check the pricing chart for min/max capacity limits.* Prices are fixed per session or per seat. Discounts may be available for full-day utilization of training resources (e.g., 2 sessions conducted in 1 day).

Contracting organizations are responsible for: participant coordination including but not limited to: communications, scheduling, and reliable connectivity.
The AI-PaG is responsible for: providing the meeting platform (Zoom, Teams, Webex) and delivering the training content and materials digitally.

Live online sessions are strictly prohibited from being recorded and/or attended by AI agents, bots, notetakers, and transcription features.

Transcription and/or translation services are available upon request. Additional fees may apply for translations. AI-PaG uses an outside AI service for this feature and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

* Organizations, agencies, and/or departments may work together to fill gain maximum participation in course seats. The contracting organizations are responsible for all participant coordination. Additional fees may apply.

Professional Certification Courses

Certification courses are offered to individuals seeking professional certification credentials.
Professional certifications are valid for 2 years.
"Update" courses will be available to maintain credentials in good standing.

Pricing Policies:

Live Instructor Training Course Discounts

10% discount applied to 2 courses delivered on the same day to different cohorts.
20% discount applied to 2 courses delivered on the same day to the same cohort.
25% discount applied to two or more full-day engagements (2 courses on the same day) when the training days are scheduled consecutively.
Maximum discount is 25%. Discounts are not “stackable.”
Discounts are not applied to pre-training or post training assessments, setup, or reporting fees.

Live Instructor-Led Training Course Contract Combining

Organizations, agencies, and/or departments may combine participants to meet minimum/maximum course participation parameters.
The combining organizations are responsible for all participant coordination.
Each unique organization, agency, and/or department will be responsible for separate setup and reporting fees.

Professional Certification Discounts

Discounts are available for organizations seeking to certify 10 or more individuals within a single organization. Contact us at inquiry@ai-pag.com for more information. (Note: Organizations may not combine participants for this discount offer.)
Discounts are often available for individuals seeking to acquire the entire series of certifications. Watch for periodic promotions available through the website.

All training materials and assessment instruments are the proprietary intellectual property of the AI Procurement Advisory Group (AI-PaG) and/or Dr. Cari Miller. The Contracting Organization agrees to treat all content and materials as they would their own valuable trade secrets and agrees to not duplicate or distribute these materials in any manner or form.

All guidance provided by the AI-PaG, its advisors, and its trainers is for informational and educational purposes only. The content is not to be used as legal advice. Organizations and procurement professionals are responsible for maintaining human oversight for all AI-generated recommendations and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and should upholding best practices in governance and risk protocols.
